Refund Policy

Refund Eligibility

You may request a full refund within 7 days of purchase if:

• The download files are corrupted or unusable due to a technical issue on our end
• A native Chinese speaker confirms the generated name has an inappropriate or unintended meaning (for Native-Speaker Verified tier, we offer a free revision first)
• You were charged incorrectly or multiple times for the same order

Non-Refundable Cases

Due to the digital nature of our product, refunds are not available for:

• Change of mind after viewing or downloading the files
• Stylistic preferences (e.g., preferring a different calligraphy style)
• Files already downloaded and used
• Requests made more than 7 days after purchase

How to Request a Refund

Email us at support@inkdao.ink with:

• Your order confirmation email or order ID
• The email address used for purchase
• A brief description of the issue

We aim to respond within 2 business days.

Processing Time

Approved refunds are processed within 5-10 business days. The refund will be credited to your original payment method. Bank processing times may add additional days.

Native-Speaker Verified Tier

If you purchased the Native-Speaker Verified tier and our reviewer identifies an issue with your chosen name, you are entitled to one free revision before the refund period. If no suitable alternative can be found, you may request a full refund.
