1. Nature of Service
InkDao provides AI-generated Chinese name and calligraphy design services. The preview provided on our website is for sampling purposes. Upon payment, we provide high-resolution digital assets.
2. Digital Products & Refunds
Due to the digital nature of our products, all sales are final. Once the HD assets are delivered or made available for download, we cannot offer refunds.
3. Intellectual Property
Upon successful payment, you are granted a commercial license to use the specific design generated for you. InkDao retains the rights to the underlying AI models and platform technology.
4. Prohibited Content & Acceptable Use
InkDao is a cultural calligraphy and name-generation service. The following uses are strictly prohibited:
- Generating, requesting, or attempting to generate any sexually explicit, adult, or NSFW (Not Safe For Work) content.
- Using the service to produce content that is hateful, harassing, violent, discriminatory, or otherwise harmful.
- Circumventing or attempting to circumvent any content moderation or safety measures built into the platform.
Any account found to be in violation of this policy may be suspended or permanently banned without refund.
